In light brown cloth-covered boards with cowboy -on-bucking-bronco illustration on front cover. Rope decorations and navy lettering on spine. Interior pages somewhat yellowed but intact and not fragile. Prev. owner's inkings, endpaper. Dust jacket has small tears and is chafed at spine ends; now in removable mylar protector. Author's novel of the Old West, first published in 1912, in a solid reprint edition. Author retained her name from her first marriage, but lived as Bertha Muzzy Cowan-Sinclair. ; Small 8vo 7" - 8" tall; 322 pages
