With numerous additional b&w photos of notable persons and structures in early Denver. --- In cream cloth backed rose paper-covered boards, gilt-stamped titling on spine, deckled fore-edges and illustrated paper label on front cover. Lacks a dust jacket. --- Overall in excellent shape but with bump to lower front spine area; a few fingerprints to paper-covered boards and partial split near front of volume which doesn't affect the firmness or integrity of this charming work. ; Small 4to 9" - 11" tall; 213 pages
