Includes a special introductory note by the author. Signed by author on a leaf near front of volume. Spine titling, elaborate decorations to covers and spine, and textblock edges all in bright gilt. Interior leaves printed on high-quality papers. Tan silk moire endpapers, with matching sewn-in satin ribbon bookmark.
