All are part of his lengthy series, "La Comédie Humaine." With a 148-page introduction by George Frederic Parsons and three tissue-guarded engraved illustrations by Georges Cain and Jules Girardet. --- In full dark blue cloth-covered boards with elaborate spine decorations and titling in gilt. --- The front and back covers have apparently been covered in gloss blue paint; spine remains in its original condition.
